Information We Collect
Information you provide, including your name, company, contact details and business requirements, plus project materials shared through a method agreed with JWJ. JWJ does not request passwords, bank details or unrelated sensitive personal information.
How We Use It
We use submitted information only to understand your requirements, prepare communication, assess the scope of work and develop an initial recommendation. We do not sell or publicly disclose your information.
Who Can Access It
Inquiry records and files are available only through restricted administration access to Jenny Zheng and collaborators who need the information for the assessment and are subject to confidentiality obligations.
Retention
For inquiries that do not become projects, information is generally scheduled for deletion or anonymization within 180 days after the last substantive communication. Contracted project records may be retained as required for delivery, accounting and contractual obligations.
Before Sharing Files
Do not send passwords, identity documents, banking information, original trade-secret materials, confidential customer lists or third-party information you are not authorized to share in the first message. Confirm an appropriate transfer method with Jenny Zheng before sharing project files.
Security and Risk
The website uses encrypted transmission, restricted administration access and separate file storage. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to carry zero risk. JWJ will restrict access and take reasonable notification steps if a material security issue is identified.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of submitted information and withdraw consent for further communication. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create an engagement, confidentiality agreement or formal service relationship.
Privacy Requests
Contact JWJ through the WeChat or WhatsApp details published on this website and state that your message is a privacy or deletion request. Include the company name and contact details used in the original conversation so JWJ can verify the request.
